Sharing is essential for feelings of solitude to be alleviated.
Much comfort is gained in the knowledge that you're not the only one experiencing difficulties.
Relaxed Setting
Relaxed people speak more freely and it is our aim to make attendees feel as calm and comfortable as possible
Talking is not compulsory but actively encouraged.
We Are All Equal..
The Talking Hub is completely free of judgement.
Once the doors close and the chat begins - we are all equal. No matter what age, background, race, social status or any other contributing factors, we are all equal and treat each other as such.
